 Alcohol License fee refund:

We just learned that we are required by the State to prorate a license fee if we are issuing a new license after the start of the license cycle.

Motion: Anderson/Mansavage to refund a portion of the license fee to McZ’s Brew Pub as we failed to prorate that initial fee AND to refund a portion of the license fee to Jackson & Louie’s antique as they surrendered their license before the cycle end date. All in favor, none opposed, motion carried.

 Approve Operator’s (Bartender) licenses:

Motion: Mansavage/Firkus to issue Operator’s licenses for Ivy Foss, Susan Kawlewski and Wendy Woller. Roll call vote: all in favor, none opposed, motion carried.

Fire Truck Tanker Purchase:

The truck the Village is currently using to flush sewers and create an ice rink needs brakes, carburetor, parking brake, king pins and has a gas leak.

It is suggested the board consider purchasing a used tanker from the Fire District.

It was also suggested that the board hire the Fire District to flush sewers.

There is some concern that sometimes there is a need for an emergency flush.

Motion: Anderson/Mansavage to consider purchasing the used tanker from the Fire District, but to postpone further action until the Fire District establishes a purchase price. All in favor, none opposed, motion carried.
