NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that on Monday November 26, 2018        
at 7:00 p.m. at the Rosholt Village Hall (101 S Main St) a
PUBLIC HEARING on the PROPOSED BUDGET of the Village of
Rosholt will be held. The proposed budget in detail is available
for inspection at the Village Office. Call for an appointment.





The Village has met the requirements of Wisconsin Statute 65.90(3)(a)
by posting this notice in three public places.

Notice of Public Hearing
Zone Change Request

The Rosholt Village Board makes a motion for a proposed zoning change from R2-Single Family Residential to B1-General Business for the purpose of allowing Platt Development Corp. to build a Dollar General Retail Store. 

The parcels affected by the change are:

176-25-1020-08.06 (466 W. Grand Ave)

176-25-1020-08.07 (446 W. Grand Ave)

176-25-1020-08.26 (Lot owned by Rosholt School District) 

Please take notice that the Rosholt Village Board will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to Wis. Stats. 61.35 on the purposed zoning change. 

You are further notified that the Rosholt Village Board will hear and consider all statements concerning such zoning change on the 26th day of November, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Village Hall (101 N Main St) in Rosholt Wisconsin

Notice of Public Hearing

Zoning Ordinance Variance Request 

The Rosholt Zoning Board of Appeals makes a motion to process a variance request from the Zoning Ordinance Section 9: Off-Street Parking & Loading Requirements. The proposed Dollar General Retail Store requests 30 parking stalls, rather than the 48 stalls required by the zoning code. This will create additional green space and reduce storm water runoff. 30 stalls are typically adequate for Dollar General Stores.

176-25-1020-08.26 (Lot owned by Rosholt School District)
